Thanks To The Following for Our Devotionals and Gathering Messages:

Devotionals

Asbury Office Staff: Cyndi Johnson, Carol Minish, Sue Staehler, and Audrie Weissman, for dedication and patience in understanding the intricacies of preparation and printing, which they have undertaken with smiles and great humor, especially when the editor is in a focused and demanding mode!

My fellow members of the Editorial Committee, Teresa Cunningham, Jim Esch, Ann Gile and Dennis Stevenson for the hours they committed to editing devotionals which reduced my workload enormously.

Bill Erdman for his painstaking dedication and time spent developing and managing the Asbury websites: asburyadvent.com and this website asburylent.com

The Contributors who searched their hearts and minds, prayed a lot, thought a lot and then were willing to leave their comfort zone, write and submit their devotionals.  They were God's hands as they responded to the Holy Spirit and committed to better know the love of Jesus Christ and pass it on!

The Readers who are blessed to read, meditate, share, commit their love and pray for themselves and others during this Lenten Season.

Pastors Chris, Will and Barbara for trusting God and for their guidance and support in continuing this worthy Asbury tradition.

Tom Moore and his team of Speakers for their faithful commitment in bringing this year's inspirational Lenten Gatherings with talks based on “Towards the Cross” written by Rev. Taylor W. Gatherings

The Contributors who stepped out of their comfort zone and provided us with a message centered on the last seven sayings of Jesus on His way to the cross.  They were God's voice as they shared their thoughts to better know the love of Jesus Christ and pass it on  As a resource, we are using the book titled: "The Crucified Life" authored by Reverend Charlie Holt.

Pastors Chris Jones, Brian Carr and Will Kendust for conducting the imposition of the ashes, Ash Wednesday.  And for their support in continuing the tradition of the Lenten Luncheons (Gatherings) which is now in its fifty-third (53) year.

For the luncheon table setups, beverages and cleanup are blessings given to the Fellowship Hall attendees from Dianna Bates and Sheryl Moore.

Tom Moore, Gathering Organizer and his team of Speakers for their faithful commitment in bringing this year's inspirational Lenten Gatherings

Finally, we thank God for His goodness and blessing.
